City break to Barcelona

On the 15th February, myself and Ash took a mini holiday to Barcelona during my half term break from work. It was our first holiday together and we were both so excited! Rather than create a big post of our time in Barcelona, I decided to Vlog little clips whilst I was there of what we did as I wanted to make a memory of our time there. When I got back, I also realized I took over 150 photos – wow!

The weather was absolutely beautiful, clear blue skies and sunshine & we were totally spoilt with the amount of amazing things that there are to do there.
We visited the Barcelona Zoo, Arc de Triumph, and central Cataluna along with the Las Ramblas and Boqueria markets as well as exploring Parc Guell; famous for some of Gaudi’s work. Took a trip to Sagrada Familia, a stroll along Barcelonetta and Barcelona beach and a trek up Mount Tibidabo. We ate Tapas till our hearts were content and drunk plenty of fresh Spanish Sangria.
Flying back I felt so sad to have been connected with such a beautiful city for our trip come to an end. But we made some amazing memories of our first ever trip away which I shall never forget. It’s fair to say I have seriously caught the travel bug and am not looking forward to returning back to the Monday morning grind of work tomorrow! Although, it’s just made us want to save super hard for our next trip away this year!

I shall leave you with the video of our time away from my YouTube channel as I cannot put into words how much fun we had!
Have you been to Barcelona? What did you enjoy the most? Where shall we go next?
